Can I change my plan at any time?

What counts as a "conversation"?

A conversation is a thread of messages with a contact within a 24-hour window. If the same contact writes again the next day, it counts as a new conversation.

Do prices include taxes?

Prices shown are in USD and exclude local taxes. Mexican customers pay 16% VAT on the total.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

You can continue operating normally by paying a per-conversation fee (from $0.80 USD on Pro plans) or upgrade to a higher plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free trial of 14 days or 100 conversations, whichever comes first. You can explore all Premium plan features during that time.

Can I add more users than included?
